Nafid Nabi
Nafid Nabi is the managing director of BSA group of companies. He has been flawlessly working to attain the goals of the group with his strategic and tactical directions. He prepares and implements comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievements through cost effective operations and market development services. With young and dynamic leadership, Mr. Nabi has embarked on an aggressive business approach and has been instrumental in substantially enhancing the turnover of BSA group vis-à-vis the individual entities. Total turnover of the group till the end of the financial year 2021-2022 was around $123.66 million while providing employment to around 10,000 employees.
In his earlier life, Mr. Nabi has completed his graduation majoring in Finance from the renowned North American university WILKES University. He has affiliations with many reputed social and professional organizations. To name some, he is currently a member and former director of BGMEA. Mr. Nabi also has membership of BGAPMEA, Chittagong Club Limited, Bhatiary Golf and Country Club, Chattogram Boat Club and Metropolitan Shooting Club.
Mahbubul Kabir Khan
Mahbubul Kabir Khan started his professional career as an employee of the reputed Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. He worked in different sections of banks such as Foreign Exchange, Correspondence Banking, Cards, Home and Auto Loan. He was the lead in correspondence banking in the Standard Chartered bank. Also, hired as the head of branch, Mr. Khan set upped the whole infrastructure for correspondence banking for Chattogram division of Mashreq Bank, one of the largest correspondent banks in Bangladesh. Having spent over 16 years in the banking profession, he was entrusted with the task of being in charge of Priority Banking, for the Chattogram division of the Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. Mr. Khan rounded his corporate life as a Vice President of the priority banking section of Chattogram for City Gems, the City Bank Ltd.
With his childhood passion in automobiles, Mr. Khan re-generated himself as an entrepreneur in the automobile industry. He is currently the Chairman of Knight Rider Motors and Knight Rider Services. This is the first 360-degree automotive solution in Chattogram. At present, they are one of the strongest market performers in the automobile sector of Bangladesh.
Besides, automobile industry, Mr. Khan is also a partner of Flavors, which is one of the most recognized and well performing sweets and bakery retailers in the city. Currently, they have 20 branches in Chattogram and over 400 full-time employees.
In his academic life, he completed his graduation in business administration. Mr. Khan is a socially active person. He has been a general committee member of Chittagong Club Limited for the years 2021 and 2022 consecutively. He is an active member of Chittagong Rifle Club as well.
Syed Arshaadul Huq
Mr.Huq, a business graduate, started his career with Brac Bank as a management trainee in 2006 where he had the opportunity to work across all the departments of the bank. He was also a Values Ambassador for the Global Alliance for Banking on Values and had successfully represented his bank in Vancouver, Canada and Berlin, Germany in 2012 and 2013 respectively. Mr. Huq attended numerous trainings at home and abroad on Professional Work Ethics, Time Management, Decision Making and Situation Analysis and others and was also one of the lead trainers at his organization. He specialized in retail banking and concluded his banking career in 2014 as Vice President and Regional Head where he managed 10 branches and 150 full timers with over USD 100 million as funds under management. After banking, he then went on to being the General Manager– BPM (Business Process Management) at Calvin Group for three years and was also Head of People Operations at CrossWorld Group for another three years.
Mr. Huq founded Nextronic (Bangladesh) Ltd in 2009, which operates as a turnkey trade and engineering company in the vertical transportation industry (elevators). As a director, he is responsible for implementing structured policies, increasing efficiency and managing HR, IT and Business Development units. Nextronic (BD) Ltd is recognized as one of the best elevator providers in the country having sole distributorship of many well-known international brands such as Sakura, Japan Fuji, LG lifts and others. Mr. Huq is also an active director of Radiant School and College which is renowned in Chattogram city as one of the leading national curriculum schools having over 1000 students. Having successful footprints across many industries, he also uses his expertise as an angel investor for mostly tech companies at home and abroad.
Apart from this, he is an avid music lover, amateur astronomer and cue sports enthusiast such as snooker and billiards. Among many of his affiliations, he is a member of the Chittagong Club Ltd and is also an active member of the International Webring Society.

As a zonal head of BRAC Bank, he was responsible for managing 10 full sized branches including 81 full time employees with a combined FUM of BDT 6198 million. Mr.Huq has attended several national and international workshops and seminars on topics like Professional Work Ethics at the Singapore Institute of Management, Managerial Decision Making and Situation Analysis, Marketing Communication,Time Management and others.
At present, Mr.Huq has successful footprints in many industries across the country starting from RMG’s to educational institutes and is also an angel investor in mostly tech companies in home and abroad.
